About Me

I am so stoked about the opening of our new store - chulamama in salem, ma (320 derby street - to be eaxct (888-4-chulamama)) and online at www.chulamama.com. I have two Fab babes of my own--Jake 3 1/2 and Jude 2 --- They have been such a blast to watch grow ---- But my passion for fashion and a spot missing for high end designer maternity mixed with some artisan smaller labels was missing for both maternity & baby in the area - so with babes in tow my Biz partner, Heather Roman and I launched - chulamama - which means cool mom in spanish. My awesome husband, ben - (wouldn't have been able to do it without him) is from Colombia -- so it ties in nicely with the name !! hahahha

I am uber proud of him also--because after 4 years of hard work - he has launched a peer to peer giving site !!! Totally amazing site---picture the ebay of charity at www.qambio.com.

People post needs and if you feel moved or connected to that individual - you fill the need either with $$ to a service provider - or an actual item or service. It's brilliant and so needed in todays world of charity where we have no clue who or what our money was spent on - and what - if any - good it did.

Here a 100% of the need is fulfilled.

Needless to say we have a lot going on---but it's all truly amazing !!!! I have my fashion passion launching and he is out to make this world a better-more connected place !!! The best part - we have an amazing family and 2 brilliant kids that inspire us everyday to stop and smell the roses !!!
