Description
Feminine, firm and fit is a 12 week program designed to get women in shape and back to good health. The program gives guidelines for all levels of fitness. All the components of a well rounded exercise program are there (cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, stretching, and nutrition). This is a really well designed program.
