I am always on the search for good nutritious snacks for my daughter. Sugar is really my number one look out and then I look for organic. Once I came across these Kids Organic ZBar's I finally found a staple that everyone can grab that won't act like a meal. With only 120 calories and 3 grams of fat (1 gram saturated) and a not-too-horrific 12 grams of sugar, I feel great about my daughter and well us adults too enjoying in a delicious snack.
