Description
The spin lock collars keep the weight plates in place. Not quite as techy as some of the other adjustable dumbbells, but it's really easy to swap out the plates. Comes with four 2 1/2 pound & four 5 pound weight plates, carrying case, two spin lock handles, and 4 spin lock collars.
