I bought an Adjusticizer at a trade show and found it really useful while traveling. Although an instructional DVD for my laptop would've been nice, the self standing workout guide worked nicely on the coffee table. It has many exercises for the whole body and the band is easy to adjust. Through a lot of use it gets frayed, but doesn't effect the overall use. For under $20 it lasts a lot longer than the latex tubing I previously used. I would recommend it.
