Description
I recommend this for the primer. The color end is not good. But, that primer protects your lashes and gives them extra fullness so that you only need one coat of your favorite mascara (mine is another L'Oreal product, Voluminous). You can spend a ton of money on lash primer or you can get the same thing from the drugstore with this product.
